I've said before right here in this very blog that Greg Koch is my hero. Greg is one of the founders of earth's greatest brewery, Stone Brewing in Escondido, California. The dude is as cool as they come and dare I say a beer visionary (hey, there are such things). Check out this video on the Stone Co. Oceanside store opening on his latest VBLOG post and treat yourself to an Arrogant Bastard while you're watching. Someday I shall visit this place, I vow. Sadly, I probably won't remember it. It involved transforming a blighted space into a gorgeous beer garden.
