Michael Qualls Will Dunk On Your Mother

With the expectations most fans had, the Razorbacks' football season was essentially over after week 2. But hey it's basketball season now finally! And they should be pretty darn good behind 2nd year coach Mike Anderson. My favorite new player is freshman Michael Qualls, who put up a highlight reel of slams in Friday's season-opening exhibition win against Southwest Baptist. He had 10 pts and 5 rebounds in 18 minutes of play as the Hogs rolled up 106 points last night. This could be fun.

Check out the Qualls dunkathon video and his high-school (Huntington HS in Shreveport, La) bio below.

Three-time district MVP … three-time tournament MVP … first-team all-state as a senior and second-team as a junior … led Huntington High School to four district championships … the Raiders ranked No. 1 in the state his freshman year and No. 7 when he was a junior … holds the Huntington record for triple-doubles … dropped 40 points in a game and has a career high 26 rebounds … graduated with a 3.8 grade point average and among the top 12 in his graduating class … signed with the Razorbacks after also considering LSU, Mississippi, Texas A&M and Tulane.
